A piece for the babies who came from somewhere amongst the stars.

Part of the Celestial Child Collection, Star Child is inspired by the journey into motherhood and the feeling that our babies are beings of light. That somehow, amongst the intensity and transformation of becoming mama, we journey to the stars to find them and bring them earthside.

Hand-designed and hand-stitched, Star Child captures that celestial magic through colour, stars and the wonder of a child held within their own little universe. A celebration of childhood, motherhood and the invisible thread that connects us to our babies long before we ever hold them.

Created slowly and intuitively from hand-dyed 100% wool felt and cotton thread, every stitch has passed through my hands and been made with love from my mama heart.

Limited edition of three. Only three Star Child artworks will be created, with each individually hand-stitched and carrying its own beautiful variations.

Due to the nature of hand stitching and hand-dyed felt, variations in colour, shape and stitch will occur, making each piece uniquely its own.
